IHS Design is located in Kelowna, British Columbia and was established in the spring of 2007. Having over 20 years of experience working in the design & construction industry, IHS Design offers service throughout the Okanagan Valley and beyond. We are a full service design & drafting company offering our clients a wide range of quality services for projects of all types and sizes. We employ leading edge 3D design software in the development of all of our designs to help bring your project to life.

Specializing in new construction, renovations, additions, light commercial projects, and site planning, IHS Design can accommodate all of your design and drafting needs. We also specialize in acting as a liaison with various municipalities in the Central Okanagan to obtain variance, re-zoning, and development permit applications, helping to make the entire process as effortless and uncomplicated as possible for our clients.
